Lately it seems like when I talk to my husband and baby stuff comes up like a commercial or a friend having a baby he goes into details and it makes me feel angry. If I try to tell him hey that was a little inconsiderate his response is just because we're trying to have a baby doesn't mean the world stops I can't get upset every time someone mentions a baby. Am I being crazy?
I don't think you are being crazy. My wife and I are in month 10 and it bothered me in the beginning. That coupled with TV/Movies/News constantly discussing a new pregnancy doesn't help.
This process is teaching me to be very patient. I don't want anyone to feel negatively with our pregnancy news one day so I steer clear of social media and reminders that may bring those negative thoughts to mind. The truth is, this world is going to move forward regardless of how you're feeling about it. It is best to find better solutions to it. It isn't easy to be happy when someone is going through a joy that you want.
Just think of how much you'll appreciate it when you do get pregnant.
