Acupuncture?

I am currently going through the IVF process, and I was reading about using acupuncture to help with decreasing stress and increasing blood flow. Has anyone else used acupuncture? If so, did you find it to be helpful?

I had acupuncture done on my feet (sorry its not about IVF) and it really helped a lot in eliminating the spur pain that i had experienced for long... this I have mentioned here just to state one point that yes it does work. Well Im ttc from past 3 months now and still on it I have been put on a prenatal diet plan by fertility experts i found on Elawoman app so apparently diet is one of the best ways to keep hormones in set limits apart from a nice work out the best way to keep stress at bay

I just joined today so I’m sorry if I’m a little late to the party.
I have been going to an acupuncturist that specializes in fertility. She also has me taking herbs, which is a pretty awful tasting tea. It’s all said to improve egg quality, help relax and increase blood flow to the belly area which in turn increases egg quality.
My Chinese acupuncturist has a very unbelievable success rate and really tracks everything and offers advice and let’s me know if she thinks my Reproductive specialist is doing or not doing something she agrees with. It’s almost like a second opinion. I can’t say for me it has been successful as I just got a negative result from my 3rd IVF. I’m 42 and have been TTC for over 5 years.
I came here so I didn’t feel so alone and to offer my help where needed.
