Hey everyone,
I finally decided to join a support group because I feel so alone. My husband and I have been trying to conceive now for about 8 months and this last month I had a miscarriage after only a few short weeks. No one close to me is understanding how stressful this is, everyone around me seems to be getting pregnant on accident, with the wrong person, and/or without trying. I have never had irregular periods until I started trying to finally have a baby, and it is so strange. I have had a few normal sized cysts the past 4 months. I feel like I might need to get both of us tested because I am getting so impatient, but I just don't know if it is too soon, what are some good ideas to distract yourself from thinking about this constantly? Are there any good ways to de-stress or ideas for positive things I can incorporate into my life right now while trying? I've never been more emotional in my life, for about a month and a half I cried no matter what the situation was at any time of the day and felt very helpless for not being able to produce a life inside of me. I'm the first woman in my whole family to have any trouble of any sort.

I also had a mc. It was the first in my family as well. Every month that passes makes me more anxious and sad. I try to be brave, put on a good face but it isn't easy. I guess I would recommend that you do go to the Dr. Get the initial tests for piece of mind. I always feel like information helps me when working through the sadness of it all. Wish I could tell you it gets easier but it has been rough for me too.
