i went for two yrs without hair cuts etc you can only do what you can do and i didn't care what i looked like because you just have to deal with what you can.
blessings for things to calm down soon. what helped me the most was when i got on a combo of three meds. ant convulsant, narcotic and beta blocker then i still had to and anti inflammatory when needed.

Tell me more about the beta blocker and anti-inflammatory and narcoctic. Are you still in pain? How much pain.
I take 2400 Neurontin; 200 Tegretol, and 90 Cymbalta. Then Ambien to go to sleep.
Did you finally get hair cut--I am dreading it.
