is it common for the pain to be back so soon, or is it just part of the healing process? I’ve been through many different types/doses of meds and a cyberknife procedure. I feel like the MVD Surgery was my last hope...

So sorry to hear that you're still in pain. Has anything helped? I was prescribed 5% Lidocaine patch. It's helping so far. Haven't had any surgeries yet. Getting ready to head down that path. I pray it's just healing you're experiencing.

How are your vitamin levels of the B12 doing? How about any other of the B family? I take a B Complex and extra B12 w/Folate to help with my symptoms.

I also had mvd ,the pain did return shortly after ,they increased my meds but after a month or two I started to decrease my meds and the was not there.hope that helped

Follow up: I’m now 5 weeks post op and completely pain free. There were lots of odd sensations and mild pain for the first 2 weeks, but now life is great!!

I have weaned off of the tegretal and lyrica. I still have fatigue issues, but I’m getting stronger every day.
