Hope you feel better!!
I went to my neuro and would not give me a shot in the occipital area until I had two teeth pulled and implant work done..I called in for Neurotin for pain(i Have been trying not to takes this type of drugs because I lose all cognitive ability, but I gave in) I couldn't figure out what my dental work had to do with needed pain for ATN. I called back and asked and she said my chart said I was waiting for my dental to be done. I told her I did NOT say that, and that the Dr miscontrued my information. Dr go so fast with there visits and don't listen close enough .I have said in the past on this blog,I hav real issues with doctors in general. They don't have any common sense, they are in a different world from us lay folks
I'm not pleased with mine either,so I may follow suit
I hope things work out ok for you on the dental work and please let us know if it cured your TN. As I've not heard of such.
I've been looking online and in the phone book and Monday I'm going to start calling around.
I am in Western NC, does anyone know of neuro's in this area? The one I see now is in Hickory.......
