Trigeminal Neuralgia Support Group
Trigeminal neuralgia, or Tic Douloureux, is a neuropathic disorder of the trigeminal nerve that causes episodes of intense pain in the eyes, lips, nose, scalp, forehead, and jaw. Trigeminal neuralgia is considered by many to be among the most painful of conditions.
Went and seen my neurologist today and was disappointed as usual. *sighs* He addressed the HORRIBLE eye pain I've been having saying it may be Cluster migraines (and not associated with the TN) but really didn't say anything about my growing TN pain. I am on 2700 - 3600 mg of Neurontin (which I HATE) and 120 mg of Cymbalta and I still have TN pain at least once a week. I mean the HARD, jolting just kill me and put me out of my misery pain.

Yes, I have migraines all the time.. but I've had them since I was ten... I take Relpax for them... I just started getting cluster behind my eyes this is a new headache for me... I have headaches everyday. I'm heading to the Migraine Center soon.. I will post the findings maybe it may help.... TN I take carbemazipine and baclofen.. that works for me so far... I hope you feel better... :)
