Cannabis, aspergillis and Trigeminal Neuralgia

My husband may or may not have tn. 3 doctors have no clue.  Originally thought it was an infected salavatory gland.  MRI, xrays and ultrasound show nothing.  The pain is getting worse a friend told me about TN and I've been researching it.  Ill be making an appt with the mayo clinic tomorrow hoping for some type of answer.  Anyways thru my research thus dude was saying TN could be a fungal infection by the fungus aspergillis. So I research the fungus and it can be found on cannabis leaves and when you smoke weed your inhaling this fungi thus its getting to the TN nerve creating this situation.  So yes he smokes weed 5 days every 1 or 2 months.  My question is does anyone here who has TN smoke cannabis. I'm ok with no cure but I'm not ok with no cause.  Why or how did this just happen. On a side note he found out he's diabetic and completing changed his eating from crappy to healthy and a week later this happens.  What do you guys think?

I have no answers for you, as I'm not diagnosed myself yet but I'm wondering if the weed helps his pain? I'm trying to figure out a possibility for myself. I can't smoke it, (the smell makes me extremely nauseous) but I'm intrigued about trying canabis oil as a pain deterrent. I've had edibles in the past and I didn't feel any added pain, but haven't tried them while having this specific pain.

You don't have to smoke it, you can buy CBD oil on the internet and it is legal. It is the part of weed that doesn't make you high and the part that is used for pain. I don't smoke and didn't want to put smoke in my lungs so I kept searching and found the oil. It works for me, but I have had to use it for about a month before I could really tell a difference. I put half a dropper under my tongue that way it isn't suppose to go through your liver and let it absorb under the tongue. I take it before I eat as that is when I get the pain. Today, is the first time I have not had pain, at least yet since I started taking it. I take 600 mg. strength. The last 6 months have just been horrible, at times I could not even talk. I hope that it is never made illegal. A doctor does not prescribe it. It is kind of expensive but to get rid of the pain it is worth it. With the price of prescriptions, it is cheap...

Hello everyone,
I'm new here so just wanted to give you my experience. I had this pain on the right side of my face and was diagnosed with TN. I went to three chiropractors, did the low level laser, massages, low level shock waves, nerve block etc.... and nothing worked. I could hardly talk every 30 seconds without the pain hitting me. I couldn't eat right and started to loose weight and my ring started falling off my finger because of I couldn't eat right. I thought about surgery and I came really close to getting it but I thought there must be a natural way of healing
I did some more research and discovered vitamin D3 and B12 along with Cyan pepper. After 2 months of taking that daily I was able to talk and eat whatever I wanted without the pain. It was gradual and it takes time for the Milan Sheath to heal. I had TN for 9 months and I believe the nerve is almost healed. I spent a lot of money on things that didn't work on the outside so you have to heal yourself on the inside first.
