I would strongly suggest throwing out the tweezers. I will still hunt for mine, even though they've been gone for several months now. Oh, and tweezers at CVS are expensive for me (ha ha).
I shaved my hair in August 2014 and then went to work. My co-workers have been supportive, the students I work with, not so much. I am trying to face the anxieties I have around Trich. I cut hair again about three weeks ago.
The pins and needles I feel are agitating, so I gravitated to other areas (as usual). I have observed that this just makes it worse for what I feel in my scalp. I also clipped my nails and if I had the money, I would go to the salon for a manicure (this helped several years ago when I had money).
I'm not sure what pills you cited. I am taking low doses of fish oil.
Lots of hugs!
