So I've sorta made a big/weird decision. I'm tired of hiding that I have trich from everyone, it's just exhausting!! And I don't know why, but I got this silly idea today that I'm going to post a picture of myself without my fake eyelashes or brow pencil on and post to instagram. lol.
I'm actually a little bit pumped about it. I don't know why, but I think it would be a very liberating experience. The only thing holding me back is....I don't really care what strangers or my friends/acquaintances think....I'm worried about what my family will think.
My family already knows about my hair pulling, but I feel like they would be so embarrassed for me to tell people about it. And I feel they would be embarrassed if THEIR friends found out. And it's totally unfair that I have to worry about THEM being embarrassed from something that is MY problem.
So i'm not 100% set on this, but I'm thinking I may post it tomorrow. I'll let you guys know if I decide for sure, but would also love to hear what you guys think of the idea.
I'm not big on instagram, to be honest I only have about 5-10 of my friends on there. I don't have the nerve to post to facebook yet or anything where I have pretty much everyone I know on there. But I would still make it so that any stranger on instagram can see it, especially if they search for the hashtags I'm going to put. And I do have a bunch of random strangers who follow my posts.
Well anyway, those are my thoughts for the day.

So i was debating and debating, I had a picture picked out to post and wrote out my comment, and I was going to cancel it and think about doing it later....but accidentally clicked the share button. LOL no going back now! I could delete it, but maybe it is a sign. If you would like to follow me and see the post, my instagram name is puchinita.

It actually feels kinda good! 7 people liked it so far and a few of my good friends commented that they were proud of me. And only one of those friends already knew about it. Debating posting it to facebook. But I'll have to keep thinking about it. But theres something definitely liberating in feeling like its somewhat out in the open.
