I have had trich for about a year and a half and I specifically target hairs that I feel that are not fully perfect. this meaning that I target only my scalps darker, thicker hairs. My hair has always been blonde and have lots of scalp hair, full of volume and its lenght reaches my bottom, I feel like the amount has decreased significantly. My family always tells to stop but I phisically cant. I do it when im in my bed watching movies, when im at the mall, at the movies and sometimes even at school. I can honestly say that ive never met a person who openly discusses this condition. The only people in my life that know about my condition are my family and one friend. As of today Tuesday August 16 2016 I have decided to stop. This condition has taken over my life, leaving me powerless but from today on I am determined to stop. However, I do need support and am willing to support other membersof the trich community. As we have to stick together, for we are the only people that can understand eachothers situations.
all the love and support; nicole

Ketchup or Mustard?*You can’t say both (or neither), or add stipulations, or make substitutions- just commit and pick one of the two choices!

It's a powder that matches your hair color and clings to the tiniest hairs to cover up bald spots. It was such a lifesaver. It costs about 25 dollars and I would recommend it to anyone! Also, I work for a company called it works that sells health and wellness products and supplements. There's a product called Hair Skin and nails and it's fabulous! The results in just a couple of months are insane! I'm not crazy about pushing products on people. But, as someone who used to suffer so much from trichotillomania and knows how embarrassing and depressing it is to have it, I have to at least share that there is hope!
