overall learn to love yourself

i am 16. i have pulled my hair out for the past six years..i am just now becoming okay with the person that i am and i am working really hard to love myself..i am currently sceduled to shave off all of my hair this friday. i am scared but mostly i am exited to be able to be free from hiding my bald patches from the world. pulling is always going to be a part of me, i will never be cured of my trich, but i can learn to love everything about myslef and im pretty damn exited for that.

I am 30 and really working on the self love and acceptance now. You are so brave. Sending positive vibes!
I am starting to look at trich as something that makes me unique, in that I have a perspective and understanding for other pullers that no non puller can have. Maybe I should use that to help and serve others. That is the point of life after all. :) Just rambling, but you get the idea. ;)
