Wish me luck! :)
I've managed to do a little better with keeping my hair pulled back as much as possible- ponytail and hair clips (if any hair touches my face it makes me nuts)
I've worn headbands, bandannas, scarves and wig caps to bed (the wig cap works best for me) but they get tight and I eventually pull them off.
Gloves on your hands, even if you have to go buy the plastic gloves like dentists wear
anything that puts an obstacle between your hand and pulling will at least help you realize what you're about to do.
But of course- in your sleep- without even being woke up is really hard to prevent- so before going to bed at night- shower cap, gloves- or maybe even sleeping in a different position than you're used to. Hope you find some way that helps!
