Hi everyone, I am a 20 year old college student who has been struggling with Trich since I was in 6th grade. I have also had OCD rituals and patterns that I have had to follow for as long as I can remember. I think that the two go hand in hand. Dealing with these gives me a lot of anxiety and depression. I am currently extremely stressed and in the middle of my finals week. I find myself sitting for hours and pulling out my hair, completely in another world while I should be studying. To make matters worse I am a part of a dance team where my hair has to be pulled up in front of large crowds of people. It makes me so insecure and I feel that everyone sees it and thinks Im crazy. My days consist of pulling my hair, feeling guilty about it, having an anxiety attack, trying regain focus again, and then the cycle continues. No one really understands, especially my family who doesn't understand why I can't just stop. I could really use anyone to talk to who understands. Praying for all your health and well being as well.
