i was wondering how you all deal with itching resulting from hair pulling , especially scalp itch as this the only place i pull my hair from?
plus covering my head for along time caused me to have a really bad dandruff , did this happen to any of you ,and any idea how to cure it and prevent it ?

well i use anti dandruff shampoo n cond and have regular showers and i got a long back stratcher as i tend to get quite itchy. mum also gives me a head massage really slowly which i find really helpful and releases all the pain.

i also use anti dandruff shampoo , but it doesn't help that much >> may be i should change it .

Head massage really works to stop the crawly feeling. I like 'The Tingler' can be purchased in the health food store or online. It feels good and stimulates the scalp might help with hair growth too.
As for dandruff, Lavender essential oil helps me, I put it on with my fingers-it does not leave an oily residue in the hair which is nice.
