This is what helps me day to day:
CREATE A GRATITUDE LIST WITH NEW THINGS EVERYDAY
For thirty consecutive days make a list of at least five things you are grateful for.
Remember: The more you practice gratitude, the faster it becomes your dominant habitual pattern of thinking, and the more consciously and actively you are deepening and expanding your capacity for joy. Hugs....
"It's not the amount of hair you pulled, rather the amount of time you went without pulling."
You well get back on track soon enough and you'll start looking better in a couple of weeks. If you picked your eyebrows or hair, I recommend putting some olive oil on because it makes it harder to pick (slippery) and it actually helps grow back the hair. So put olive oil on daily and repeat to yourself, "It's not the amount of hair you pulled, rather the amount of time you went without pulling."
Because set backs will happen. Don't let them get you down.
