First of all, stop calling yourself psychotic, that is name calling against yourself and only aids in bringing yourself down. You have a mental disability, but its nothing to be ashamed of, or to feel bad about. I have a mental disability and I don't let it stop me, and if you need to be on meds for it, then yes, do make sure you take them.

And to answer your question, it depends. In some cases after you transition, your coworkers and boss will be very accepting, however may treat you differently, since you are presenting as a different gender. (guys may hit on you lol) But in other cases, coworkers, and or the boss, may not be accepting and fire you, even though its illegal to do so under the discrimination laws.

My advice is to hunt down for a job elsewhere that you know that is accepting of LGBT folk, so that if you do loose your job, your not jobless and have another job lined up. I am sure other's will be here to chime in. But seriously, stop degrading yourself as a person.

Recognize that you are a beautiful person, amazing infact, and you are strong, you coming out about your transgender is proof of that. You deserve good things, and you are worthy of happiness. I am here for you if you need me. :)

It depends on the laws where you live. Some states have protections from terminating employment based on gender identity, some do not. Where I live, employment is "at will" which means you can be hired or fired for any reason what so ever, likewise you can quit whenever you want and it won't be held against you in the future. No reasons, no nothing. That said, I have transitioned thus far "in place" and things have been fine. So short answer is maybe..
