Transgender Support Group
This community is here to support and help the large population of transgender people. If you or anyone you know identify as transgender, this is the place to share your feelings and experiences and speak with others who are going through similar things in their lives.
Thank you both of you for reading this and letting me vent. I feel a bit better.

You can can the insurance company and ask them for the copay rate. One thing you are going to have to learn to do is roll with the punches. Life is so much easier when we do not look at problems as hindrance but as opportunities.
It can start by looking at what you can do and not look at what you cannot do. This is all part of living. If you do not have money for gas, then perhaps you can take transportation, ask someone you know for a ride. Get creative.
Another thing you can learn to do is not to put all of your eggs in one basket. I know it is great that you got a an appointment but you cannot allow your emotions of disappointment rule you.
If there is one thing transitions teaches us is adaptability, we need to adapt to ever changing circumstances and stop having expectations which is the root of our disappointment. So when we stop expecting things to work out one way, we then are less likely to get upset at the unwanted result. All the unwanted result teaches us is that if we had been less attached to the outcome, we would have been more open to finding a solution.
Just a thought,
