Transgender Support Group
This community is here to support and help the large population of transgender people. If you or anyone you know identify as transgender, this is the place to share your feelings and experiences and speak with others who are going through similar things in their lives.
One question for you
Have you spoken to your parents about your feelings , if not that would be the best place to start . Let us know how you made out.

I wouldn't wait talk to them , because the longer you hold off the worse you are going to feel about yourself. You are starting to go through puberty now it would be easier to start now than later. Talk to them tell them how your feeling and you need to speak to a theropist or someone from the Lgbt community center near you, they are known to help families in understanding and support. Please don't delay. You may think your strong to surpress the emotions but believe me they can over come you and you will spare yourself a dangerous path. I thought I could but at my age it didn't work . You need support ,
"We may think we are strong but being human we can fall in a week state of mind"
I urge you to open up to them if not call the LGBT community center or a person who u can trust
Don't wait!"
My breasts started growing when I was in the fifth grade, this has been in my life for a while now. I am just now sure how much blockers would help at this point, considering so far it has all mostly happened quite slowly. My biggest concern is my hips, which are luckily still thinner than my shoulders, and fears about how much they will expand.. if I were to be sure they wouldn't widen in relation to my shoulders, I would have little to no fears about this. Discomfort, sure. I don't like the estrogen in my brain, or boob growth, or periods. But all of that stuff I can and will later remove. The idea of that future gives me the comfort I need to keep going. I do have a therapist. She is not a gender specialist, but she might be able to refer me to one if you really think it would be most prudent to talk to someone now.. I just don't think my parents would feel comfortable with that. They've only known about my feelings for just over a year, and only recently been able to accept them enough to allow me to begin socially transitioning in high school. I believe that if I told them I want medical treatment right now, they would think I was rushing into things. And even if they would tolerate me starting blockers, the cost is still an enourmous issue. Holy shit do blockers cost a lot. I just don't know if it's worth it. Thank you for your concern and advice

Talk to one of your parents that you feel comfortable talking too. You don't know until you try. You have nothing to loose.
