um diets, diets are something I have a little experience with as I went on a crash one last winter, because I was determined I was going to Control my 'girl' hips, and almost put myself in the hospital doing so.
Protein, protein, protein, and also plenty of fresh veg. I know there's a lot about the dangers of eating disorders and positive body image and it's true, but the reality of physical requirements to present and the reality of eat less move more being necessary to actually losing the weight are always going to be what they're going to be, just please make sure you are making meeting your, wonderfully trans-woman's, body's nutritional requirements a priority.
Diet, I think that anyone out there knows what a standard "good diet" and exercise pattern is and that is what you do. There is no "Special" excercise for a trans person, nor diet. Eat healthy, get your workouts in and you are doing exactly what you are supposed to. The fact is that the skeletal structure and vocals for a male have completely changed by about the time they are 18 by the testosterone and they wont change back. I will say that you will lose muscle on estrogen, it will be mostly mass over strength if you keep working out. Overall the biggest tip I can give you is people watch. Men and women behave differently, they talk differently, watch people and how they move, their gestures. Make note of body differences from one person to another, you will learn that most things related to body are almost irrelevant, there are women with very slender hips and women with full hips, there are women with curves and without, tall, short, wide, narrow, purple, orange, green, okay the last 3 are a joke, but you get my point. You are going to want to take things slow. One of the quickest ways to be outed is to not have learned those subtle queues in movement and gesture.
