First of.... you can kill yourself doing this. Estrogen increases risks of blood clotting and there are some out there who even a supplement level will cause enough blood clots to kill them. DO NOT MESS WITH THAT. Secondary is that assuming your body reacts at all, you are attempting to trigger a second puberty with a very low dose of hormone. Puberty generally runs about 3 years, so you will run part of that time on a substandard amount of hormones and in the end shortchanging yourself completely on the effects of the real deal. I Doubt that is what you want. So between the fact it could kill you if handled wrong, and the fact of you will in the long run short change yourself, that should be enough, if not then add in that often if you have self medicated, doctors and mental health professionals can and may refuse to let you have hormones because you are not able to handle them responsibly. This is part of the Standards of Care.
Now that is out of the way, effects, I have not met a MTF who actually lost weight on estrogen and testosterone blockers, Nor cup size. The only people I knew who lost weight it was because they chose to change their eating and exercise habits after they got on HRT because they felt better about themselves and wanted to trim down for cute clothing... Period. Estrogen actually promotes weight gain while the T blockers promote Muscle loss which means you get a double dose of adding on poundage. Estrogen and Progesterone also promote breast growth, so losing a cup size is next to impossible unless they are self medicating and are not doing it correctly (again see above). IF they have been on estrogen for years, their growth will have peaked and they may have lost mass in the chest wall muscle this is NOT losing a cup size, this is that they need to get up and lift some weights to retain muscle. If you google search it or WebMD it you will see the list of changes the general person expects to see from those hormones and timelines. Long and short, don't piss away your money on supplements, they do not work, if you want to do it, do it right. The path is not something you want to try to cut corners or anything on because plain and simple it can cost you your life.
