I prefer to wear a shirt, even in bed (fyi im in bed typing this on my crap laptop) and I like to twirl, but I dont know if im very feminine... I mean when I think about it I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to be a girl but it might not be necessary... I also envy girls alot. And I mean alot. Should I consider, should I even be thinking about it? I dont think I have much dysphoria either, but I do dislike some of the properties of male youknowwhat, and I also wanna know if envying girls is gender dysphoria. Help me! Im 11 as well so no nasty stuff.

I completely left out the fact that I enjoy the idea of having much more options for clothing other than "shorts or jeans" or "t shirt or long sleeves." Women have crazy clothing outfits Im lost on the names of! And I also envy long hair, I always wanted it ever since maybe a yr ago and I dont have enough dignity to grow it out that long... And in the videogames I play I use female characters and come up with the excuse "the game picks your guy," my mom came in its 12:00 im done bye

You would really need to go see a therapist. given your age, you will either have to tell your parents your feelings or find another way to get them to let you go to a therapist. There are a huge numbers of scenarios that go into it all. That is going to ultimately be your best bet and they are going to be the only ones who can diagnose you. You wont be able to do anything on the path other than maybe change your hair and clothes without them anyway, so that is my advice. seek a therapist in gender matters and see about going.

I dont know if its a phase or not though, I might be making a big deal out of nothing! But tbh I have really started to watch videos of trans women and wow I actually envy them as much as any other female... but this crap may all be a phase... if my slight bit of dysphoria ever gets worse ill try to tell my parents. But I want to wait a bit before I go ahead with things. Thank you for replying though! I am glad to have even the SLIGHTEST bitif help. Also I always leave stuff out... lol I forgot to mention that I absolutely ADORE pink... Out of nowhere! I used to like green but it seems ugly now.... weird

heheh well the therapist would be able to help figure out if its a phase as well. but waiting is not a bad thing either. You have a lot of life to use so feel it out and take it at the pace that is comfortable for you, It is the best way to handle it

Hi, as someone who is FtM I suggest you do what David Bowie (if you don't know who he is, look him up) did and explore, Dip your toes in to the water before you jump off the deep end
