well i can only advise based on what i have observed and tried to do in my life. Some elements work, some may not as your life is different than mine. So for me, i knew the worst case scenario which was i could lose everything. I came to terms with that. I decided that transition and being happy was worth the possibility of losing everyone and everything. From there i came out to those i thought would be okay with it. Mostly long distance friends, my mom, and so on. I also chose people that i didnt know to well who if they left wouldnt hurt as bad. I also moved very slowly. I went to therapy and all with no one knowing, started hormones and was on them for almost 2 years before coming out fully because i couldnt hide my breasts anymore. As to how to tell them, Work I just told in an email (my department), I had already talked with HR and my supervisor who i knew i could trust and had my backside covered. Family i told my mom that she could tell people and i told my niece who was bi. she kinda spread it from there to her dad (my brother) and it went from there. Each step I waited until everyone seemed comfy with the last step. I could go through work and do my day and everything was normal, dealing with family was normal. so on. Then i would take another step. While this is about my happiness. I have to also consider the effect it has on those around me, think of it as a still pond, if you jump in the ripples are huge and it shakes up everything bad. but if you slowly move in, its less disturbing to the surface and you can sink into it with no one knowing. The hardest thing to do is.... dont take things personally. When you come out to family, they will screw up names, pronouns and will do so for a long time. Dont take it personally. I am 41 and started at 32. For my mom, she may NEVER get the name and pronoun right. She has 32 years of memories of a son. simple as that. It wont change over night and she does try. Once in a while she remembers my proper legal name, or to say she. or to refer to me as her daughter. but dont take it personally. If they make some effort, then they arent trying to hurt you, there is just a whole lot of past to overwrite and some may never get there. especially the closer they are to you. Work i get called she and all with constant success.... home not so much because of the closeness. Hope this was some help for you.

Well I was in the bathroom preparing my own shower, and I heard these words, from my parents, "Maybe he doesnt want to tell us because he thinks hell get in trouble?" And I held in a scream. They either know or they were talking about donald trump. I might have heard trump before that... ALSO I want to transition at the time before much puberty hits me, so I can stop the male crap. And might I say im afraid of man puberty and I would rather stuff estrogen in my face hole...

admittedly the sooner the better with the anti androgens and all because once it hits you cant reverse it, so if you get on it sooner then you will develop as if you were born girl. that said, long as you are under 25 the effects are still very good, you just end up having the deep voice and all. hopefully they werent talking about trump, but you would know till you come clean.
