Transgender Support Group
This community is here to support and help the large population of transgender people. If you or anyone you know identify as transgender, this is the place to share your feelings and experiences and speak with others who are going through similar things in their lives.
Social is where you don't like the gender people see you as, and have trouble with the pronouns and descriptors people use, like lady and sir.
Physical is when you have an issue with the gender markers of your body. There are lots of forms of body dysphoria and gender usually centers around the shape with how it relates to a gender.
Emotional is like the belief in your thoughts stuff. Existential crisis usually comes with this one. In the gender aspect of it it can vary from doubting your feelings around your gender, or beliefs around the changes being unlivable when facing coming out and transition. I'm not too familiar with the definition of this one.
There are many things that can trigger dysphoria, and other people objectifying you and the invasive thought stuff that come after (it sucks but you can do it, I believe in you) would probably be one of these. I have dysphoria issues around intimacy with other people cus of bad past experiences and how people view me in the relationship, so it's a physical dysphoria triggered by a social dysphoria and definitely makes everything more difficult and complicated than it needs to be.
So it'll be complicated to know but learning about dysphoria and identifying it really helps with putting things in place to ease it. Dysphoria can come and go and will usually change as your transition if you do. It's normal to freak out at first because of the idea that we need to love ourselves becoming so prevalent now. Dysphoria usually is an indicator of what needs to be done so your head sees what it's comfortable in and can feel love. That's how it's treated at clinics as far as I'm aware.
Hope this helps
