The only advice I can give you is to get used to it sadly. Dysphoria at its whole is a result of the inability to accept yourself for what you are. You are a fish fighting the river. You are how you are and even if you could go full steam ahead you wont be changing much of that any time soon because it takes at absolute minimum one year from the point you start living full time. If you read through what you wrote it is all "I feel they are X" have you asked them if they actually are judging you when you eat or are working out? You are insecure about what you are doing and your own "manhood" so you are projecting that on them. You are still in your head deep down claiming female. The point of transition is in part to learn that you are what you assert that you are. So if you are a man know you are a man regardless of the flesh tube you were given at birth. What makes a man is not a body, muscles, a beard, or any other frivolous shallow manifestation. What makes a man is how the person acts and who they are. This is what you need to understand. You are focused on parts. Trust me there are lots of people walking around with big muscles, chistled features, beards, and a penis that are not men. In the end this is one of the hardest lessons to learn.
Ive been on here for a long time and I have said this to many people and I will say it to many more. This is usually asked in this type of context here or in the context of "passing" what I will tell you is what I have told every person who has ever come to me wondering why they cant pass. I ask them who are you. they say they want to be X but cant pass. Don't want to be..... go and be. If you just WANT to be you are doomed to not pass. You need to know through and through that you are a man. If you do that, you will be able to have D cup breasts and still pass because even though people judge visually, they also have an inherent instinct. I Have a rather deep voice and whether I pitch it up or not I am always called Ma'am, I never wear makeup, I don't wear dresses or skirts, earrings, jewelry, none of the overly girly stuff. so what am I doing? I know I am a woman. Know you are a man. Work on that, that can be your progress because you are gonna have to get there anyway. Funny thing about it is your family will pick up on it and then when you tell them they will be like, well we knew something was going on you seemed different. That's all the advice I can give you.
