Transgender Support Group
This community is here to support and help the large population of transgender people. If you or anyone you know identify as transgender, this is the place to share your feelings and experiences and speak with others who are going through similar things in their lives.
I dot not consider myself bigender yet I am technically bigender as I have secondary masculine characteristics but female primary characteristics. That is to say, I appear male but I have a female body.
But I can suggest to you that maybe it would be helpful if you were to seek a gender therapist to address your anxiety and depression, to begin with and get all the other stuff sort out for you, such as your social phobia among others.
I can tell you from experience that anxiety is primarily caused by permutational thinking, that is one thought leads to another and begets an even worst thought, for clues, reread your own post and you'll see what I am saying.
One thing you can do is to stop it before it starts, saying things like "I don't think I'll be able to" or "I don't feel like I can.." will create anxious thoughts and it can mushroom like wild fire. I've been there and I had to work on this relentlessly.
The fact of the matter is that many of the thoughts I have entertained in my anxiety stupor never actually took place. It is good to be cautious and careful but it does not help to imagine things that may or may not happen, do you see what I mean?
So I said initially, you could talk to a therapist and then go to a LGBT meeting and go from there.
Hope this helps,
Wolf
