I know some people have certain things they like to do that actually lessen their tic, like play an instrument or sing. My son doesn't seem to tic very much when he's watching TV, but I really don't want ANY of the kids spending their time in front of the TV. But when he's not watching TV he's in motion non stop and it's so hard to watch. I just don't know what to do, so I just let him watch A LOT of TV. :(

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
