Temporomandibular joint disorder, or TMJ syndrome, is an acute or chronic inflammation of the temporomandibular joint, which connects the lower jaw to the skull. The disorder and resultant dysfunction can result in significant pain and impairment.
Have you been on them long? If you just began taking them, it may take a few times to get used to them.
I had been on Flexeril for over a year, but don't take them anymore, because they haven't helped in a long time.
I would ask your doctor who probably knows your story better than I for suggestions too. Is there something different you can take for when you are at work?
