My t volume level is not as bothersome as the way it comes in waves like a radio being tuned in and out. What causes that does anyone know? I got my teeth cleaned yesterday and my ears and tmj joint hurt after. Since my ears are ringing in waves as I described above. It makes me very anxious. I have xanax but nervous it will cause my ears to ring more. Gosh, I'm a mess!
The med will not reduce the sounds but it will take the edge off your nerves right now. Just use caution, it can become habit forming. There are some websites that actually have little recordings. When you feel a bit better go check them out. Hoping you have a better day.
