I have not heard of any sound/cause correlation other then the pulsating/high blood pressure that you had mentioned. I have intermittent hissing noise, and probably originally occurred from loud music.
I had posted a thread recently with many responses related to "your possible cause for t". It may be helpful.
It is difficult to understand this curse. I have discovered over time in some situations that there is a correlation between anxiety as well as what you eat to t. I have discovered to stay away from foods that have much in the way of sodium within them. Also I have used positive distractions (such as pursuing things that I enjoy) to reduce the anxiety and stress. This had allowed me to better cope with my t, therefore now having intermittent good and bad days.
