watch the video and comment, sounds like hocus pocus but i never would have thought 2 planes could take down towers and i never thought my brother would have died 2 weeks ago suddenly so WHAT THE F--- maybe this notched music will take my bloody EEEEEEEEEee down somewhat, life has delivered stranger surprises.

Please, please if you figure out how to do it let me know as this was something I wanted to try but am technically challenged.
I'm so sorry about your brother....and your T.....all of our T.
I've had plenty of downs in my life but this T is driving me over the edge!

VERY sorry to hear about your brother. That's a rough one. Hope all the best with the notched music effort. Also have read about it but still am lost on how to set it up. Good Luck. John

I for one an thankful that I have God to see me through. He allows me to wake each morning, He gives me courage and strength, He fills my cup of hope each day. He answers my prayers when my tinnitus is at its worst and gives me lower tinnitus days. He upholds me and gives me strength when my tinnitus is higher and bothersome. He knows my past and my future. I would rather have Him in my life with this sound in my head than not.

how do people know what khz their tinnitus is?

but if you can figure out how to do the notched music thingy and it helps. then that would be great to hear about. I wish you the best.

An audiologist can tell you your frequency with testing but for some of us with high frequency t, you have to make sure you go to an audiologist that has the equipment to test over 8khz as most don't go above that. I had to call every ENT in the phone book before I found one that had the right equipment.

I don't understand the video, this guy is technically savy and I am not. I'm thinking of maybe going to a music store and seeing if one of the kids in there would help me do this for $
