tinnitus spike do to east infection. Help please

Swimmers ear caused a spike in my tinnitus that is hard to deal with. Infection is gone, but shrill sounds are still present. I am struggling to deal with my tinnitus as it is now and just need support and advice on how to handle this until the spike subsides(hopefully).

I'm sorry Hriddle, I pray this spike subsides quickly. Do you have any anti anxiety meds you can take?

My tinnitus hasn't settled back down yet. When my T spikes it takes at least a year for it to return to normal. Thanks for asking

Ugh, so sorry Heidi! I made a couple suggestions on your other post. Do stay in sound at all times to help distract your brain from the T. Feel free to FB me anytime you want to talk! Hoosiers gotta stick together. ;)
