Tinnitus Distraction (relief) only for those in committed relationships

Have an affair...the passion is enough distraction and getting caught is even more than enough distraction. Tinnitus minimized. Then blame the whole affair on tinnitus and your justified.

Great humor John, as whatever happens can always be blamed on t. With all that racket in our head, how can we always make the most appropriate decisions. Further when asked to do something, "I can't hear you". Hearing aid may just escalate the sound of the racket.

Distractions are great, but best to make one that is not harmful to another, or to one that may be consider to be dangerous.

I might also suggest skydiving and bungee jumping. They should provide a few minutes of relief.
