Hi!! After two years of tinnitus in right ear only ...I could say a tiny bit in left ear... It has happened the nightmare!! I have it in my left ear as well, at the same level, even worse then the right one!! :(( Did this happen to you??

I sang verrry stroong a month ago and I had severe pains in ears.. maybe cause of that??? Or its a normal "process"

And whhyyy does my T get loudeeerr??????? Is getting loudeeer with time passing?????? I have only 28 years oldddddddddd :(((((((((((((((((((

Mihaela, I am so sorry it has progressed to the other ear. I think many of us have the same fear. All I can say is to try to have doctors, audiologist, and even a psychologist envolved. Go back through the posts here and also on TinnitusTalk to try to get a sense of what you can do to cope with it. I don't think singing loud would have made it worse but am just guessing.

For 8 years, I had manageable ear ringing in my left ear. I noticed in 2012/2013 the ear ringing was becoming louder. With chemo and radiation treatments Oct - Dec 2014, ringing switched ears to the right ear. I didn't know ear ringing would switch! What's odd to me is my left neck received the bulk of the radiation treatment, so why is it my RIGHT is ringing??? In mid-Feb 2015, the ear ringing got very LOUD in my right ear. So far, there's little management I've been able to do and I feel very isolated. Which is why I'm here. I'm so sorry that ANYone has an ear ringing challenge, but I'm glad you all are here, so I'm not quite so alone with this.

Isn't that just lovely for someone, even doctors, to say "get used to it" when they don't have the ringing.

I'm sorry Rachel for all you have been through. There really is a HUGE difference between managable tinnitus and this, what we have...much more challenging at best. Hang in there, vent here....that's all I've got:(

So sorry. We all live in fear of our T getting even worse. I hope yours is only a spike and will go back down!! :/

I understand how you feel right now my tinnitus is at an all time high do to an ear infection. You need to stop stressing about it and I understand that is hard to do, but stress makes it worse not better. ENT are not helpful when they can't find a cause for the tinnitus, so I suggest trying some self help measures. Exercise to increase blood flow to the ears, chiropractic care for possible neck issues, massage therapy targeting the head and neck, lower salt intake, etc...
I am so sorry this has happened to you prayers for a quick lowering of your tinnitus.

Hi Mihae, so sorry about your T. We all know and understand your pain!

Just to let everyone know I reported someone on this T board. I can't believe someone is actually saying such a cruel thing to another human being. I won't say this person name but I reported it and am hoping they can remove this person from the site and also request that their comments be removed.
