tinnitus and tmj , superior canal dehiscence

My tinnitus did not start this bad almost four years ago. Then I went thru the stages almost everybody has gone thru....sleepless nights, suicidal thoughts, despair.
I have read others write about their much better condition. Does it get better even with the TMJ and the dehiscence?

Hi, Zenie! I'm sorry to hear you're still suffering so much. I have the same conditions you have (TMJ, SCDS, Tinnitus). As you know, my tinnitus doesn't bother me any longer. It's still there and loud as ever, but I am able to ignore it.

I think my TMJ was caused mostly by my SCDS. I was tensing my jaw without realizing it. I have to make a concerted effort to keep from clenching my jaw. If I keep my jaw relaxed, my TMJ doesn't bother me.

Have TMJ and t - get TMJ treated also did neuro doing well.
