I have been searching high and low for something to help me with my sleep, for over a year
I posted earlier my concerns about getting off anti anxiety and anti depression drugs. And trying to find some relief, in getting some sleep with herbs.
My favorite for the no no drugs, is klonopin. Ativan, Xanax, don't work for me anymore. And Valium has it's moments, but Klonopin I believe is the strongest of them all.
It last a long time, and the addiction, you can feel it coming on.
Anyway, none of them really do much for your tinnitus in the long run, so I have decided to try and jump ship ASAP.
I have tried every herbal formula out there. They all put you to sleep, but getting back to sleep, once you wake up, is the hard part.
Especially after using the above drugs.
Anyway, I ran across Advanced Sleeping Formula MD Select at the Vitamin Shoppe
For the first time, and herbal formula actually worked for me. It put me back to sleep.
I take two before bed, and two, to go back to sleep.

Tinnitus is something I have been learning to live with and tune it out best I can.
Last night I took the melatonin again for the second night in a row and I feel i did sleep better. I have no problem getting off to sleep. It's the waking up at odd hours that is the problem. interrupted sleep.
I think the formula sounds like an economical way of getting the benefit of all those great relaxants and you get the right dosage and combination. If You buy all those items separately. It costs and arm and a leg. It sounds like you have found a winner.
And I think I may try it myself.

I am getting more sleep. I am not waking up in middle of the night like I was every night and IF I do happen to wake up I am able to fall back to sleep far more quickly. I have also had dreams again which means I am getting the much needed REM sleep.
I take only two capsules. The other thing that I like is that i am not getting a horrible morning hangover groggy feeling.
I think the formula has a really good combination and it is far more economical than buying the ingredients separately. I am glad that you shared about the product. I hope that it continues to help me out.
I am wondering how are you doing with the sleep? Is the Advanced Formula still helping you?

I agree about klonopin, but if already have tinnitus, you can't get it a second time.
Like Elavil, John was saying it can cause Tinnitus, I told him, you already have tinnitus, try it, it just might help you.
