I has 3 mode settings. If you don't have hearing loss, don't waste your time.
Widex is good for people who have T, that is very low in sound.
If you gets bad, widex, is not worth a shit. The white, noise coming out of the widex, is very low, and won't help yout t, if it gets loud.
The chimes don't really help yout T either. It just relaxes you.
Just get the standard TRT generators, that put out of the white noise, well you adjust the levels, depnding on how day is going.
I had TRT generators 13 years ago, Habituated in 3 months.
My Zen therapy, has not done anything for me, at all. My T got worse, because of not taking care of my hearing, so. I had to start all over again.
I made my own TRT set up, for beyondtinnitus.com
I use it with my IPOD, and I also use the widex, when I need to have my hearing aids in
ATA had a message about the new Resound Alera TS hearing aids that can help with T. I don't know if they would be any better or affordable. More research to do....Pat A.
