Jury is still out.

I am going on my third week with the Picamilion, and my first day with the Vinpocetine.

I am seeing some positive things, but it has not been consistent everyday, as of yet.

I tried Vinpocetine for about a month and it really did nothing for me. I have been using Picamillon for just over a week now and really nothing there for me either.

Yeah guys you gotta stick at every trial for at least a month or two.. I see with my own combinations when i don't go long and/or i stop using them.. the results fade.... i noticed lots of people try things for like a week or two and give up.....like me.. and it's really unwise..

My Doc always said a minimum of 90 days. I suppose some meds might take that long to build up in the brain.

I can tell you for a fact, that taking 300 to 450 mg of Picamilion, does make a difference on yout T, at least for me.

Vinpocetine is and enhanced Ginko, it does not seem to help me with my T.

I tried picamilon and had the worst T in over a year. I'm not 100% sure it was cause by the picamilon but I stopped taking it.

I've also started taking Phenibut which seems really similar to picamilon. Once again I can't be sure but I seem to have better T after I take it.

So I have both of these on my list to buy when I finish taking some of the numerous supplements I have bought since T, you would reccomend the Picamillion? Can I get this at a health food store?

Sue, you need to buy it on-line. 150 mg, for 120 pills, it cost around $13.00
