You can get the Moses/Lang CD from the Oregon Hearing Research Center.

First bought this when i came down with tinnitus. It's worked great for me. Just pick a track that hopefully matches your tinnitus. Very much worth the cost of $25.

This has been the only masking that has worked for me...only on medium days though....loud days I've still not found anything to mask.
