Oh Sue, I am sorry about the day turning loud. That has happened to me so many times. Have you thought of wearing ear plugs? I guess you did not expect the noise coming from the hose.
I hope tomorrow will be better for you.

It didn't spike you because your ears aren't in bad shape and your tinnitus is obviously caused by something other than loud noise.
you are lucky to be able to enjoy music.
@ Sue....I totally get your post. Im the same way sometimes. I was sitting at the dining room table yesterday, ears were quiet, then at 11 am something turned them on high and the rest of the day I was sound sensitive. Today it's low. I think because of the medication Benztropine (not a benzodiazapene) and it's incredibly low. It helps control hand tremors from a med I take. It totally relaxes you, which might mean I too stressed and need to relax? Hope for another good day for all of you. Judy
