The only pills I take in the morning is my multi-vitamin, Garlic soft-gel for blood circulation and a Apple Cider Vinegar pill for my prostrate and it works very well for me. However, being an Herb, they do take longer to kick in, but can heal the body in a more natural way.
On the onset of t, I was under a stressful period, had been in a bicycle accident, not aware of protecting ears in louder events such as fireworks, previously eat salty snacks and apparently have high frequency hearing loss.
In the theory of analyzing one's self, I have made adjustments. Keeping stress in perspective, biking with extreme caution avoiding certain situations, use earplugs, avoid sodium laced foods, and periodically evaluate hearing.
I have further attempted to use distraction techniques as much as possible to make sure that I am not allowing my t to be at all important. This also alleviates the stress level.
The results from this has been good. My t currently fluctuates, with increasing goods days exceeding the bad. With this change and positive thinking, I feel that I will eventually eliminate t from being a health factor for me.
Stress, allergies, and and stimulants, such as coffee, chocolate, tea, and even decongestants can affect mine. Also sugar and salt.
I have learned also destraction is the best way to not let it take over your life.
I hope you feel better soon, and I am glad you get a good result from your hearing aids.
A big hug to you,
Kasandra
