Do you do anything special for your tinnitus? Mine started approx. 6 years ago. I believe it was from getting shingles. Anyway, my frequency has gotten louder. I believe it has something to do with my thyroid AND also not getting enough sleep.
Any recommendations?
Thanks,
I just learned to live with it, i initially would always surround myself with background noise, Stopped eating MSG, coffee, which I now take and I dont seem to mind it. IT IS louder now compared to 6.5 yrs ago, but my reaction to it is Zero. Time for me is the biggest factor. Experiencing spikes and later realizing it goes back down gives me confidence.
Yes, sleep is one thing that will help. Being rested controls your emotions to react to the noise.
