Hmmmm....
Just wonderin....
when i'm at very very very quiet place for extended periods..ie.. overnight.. my tinnitus is almost gone... i only have one friend with a house like that, totally quiet.. but it works to rest my ears big time.
Has anybody else had a chance to be a house/room with no rushing pipes in the walls, no neighbors, no outside whooshing, no tv, no cellphones chirping, no sound at all?
For me it's the best medicine... which is odd for me because so many of you hate silence.
Am I alone?

I've tried sitting in complete silence.It does the opposite of what I personally find theuroputic. Generally you want it in the back subconcious of your mind, not blazing in the front.
