For the first time in the 11+ years I've had this noise in my head, it is a lot lower. It's not the piercing shrill that I usually have. It's much softer. This has been going on for about three days. The only thing I can think of that I've done differently is I started taking a Vitamin B supplement a couple weeks ago. Not sure if that's the reason or if that's a coincidence.
I also worry a little. I have another inner ear condition, and any change in my ears makes me wonder if something is changing with the other condition. I can get progressively worse. Makes me wonder if it's getting ready to blow a gasket or something.
For the time being, I'm just enjoying the quieter moments.

I wish I knew what made it lower. I suspect it's because my other ear condition is constantly changing what goes on inside my head. I never know what to expect. I stopped being surprised at what I hear inside my head when I started hearing my eyeballs move and my sinuses clearing. You didn't know those things made noise, did you?
Mine can be low in the morning and high in the afternoon. You really never know, but it comes with the territory. I hope you get some more quite days soon.
