and I got a 63 on this one.
As soon as the headaches improved my tinnitus hit. My very first thought was gee thanks God how dare I have a day without pain and now I get this ear ringing. Been ringing ever since. At least the headaches went away. What a deal.
My T is louder the more stressed our I am, but isn't that normal being stress causes us to become hyper-vigilant / hyper-aware. I swear to god I had tinnitus for a long time slightly lower for hours at a time and never actually became aware of it 100% on a conscious level. The trigger for me noticing it was being highly stressed for a long period, so maybe i just 'brought it forward'?
I still have a hard time accepting it 'has a mind of it's own' and that it's not me who makes it louder by having my thoughts triggered in the direction of 'listening' to it.
In fact - I kid you all not - every time I come to this forum and post my T gets louder for the rest of the day.
Now that I have T - 52
Gotta remember to call that counselor after Xmas and setup an appt.
