Hope you are well.
Used Peltor X5 earmuffs. The temp spike I had later was due to using ear protection for 8 hours straight And listening to nuthin but screaming tinnitus.
Not sure about Sennheiser, but Bose have the best noise cancelling on the market today.
Have a good trip and good luck. :)
In the beginning I found the neuromonics a great distraction, however my tinnitus constantly changed volume & pitch so it became less useful. I do find that the music I have on in it very calming though & there are times that I use it for that alone. I still get moments of anxiety especially during a spike like I have just had. Have had screaming T for over 7 years and mostly get along with it now days. Difficult days in the beginning.
