After 2 consecutive screaming teapot T days, today I'm celebrating a low chirping day. Just thought I'd share my victory for today. LOL

To those of you who are new to the site, WELCOME! You will find support and understanding here.

When I tell friends about Mr. T, they usually respond with the same phrase "Oh, I couldn't stand that." Hmmm... well, what would they do? Each of us learns to deal with it in our own way. Wishing everyone a quiet day! Pat

People around me can't stand me blasting static, I tell them at least they can leave and it will go away. haha they don't know how good they got it. I didn't, 3 weeks ago. Hope you have a nice quiet day!

I wish you a thousand billion more quieter days a head and I send my love to you.

And you are right, people deal with what they have to and find a way to lead a normal life. It is hard , but what isn't.

I didn't realise until now that Tinnitus has it's on and off days. I have had a an ocean sound yesterday that was just awful, but it's much better today and only in one ear. It's such a strange disease ... what makes it spike or not. I get very depressed still on bad days. I just pray for all of us that it goes away completely.

Shirleyms - If I never had "off" days, I KNOW I would go crazy, or crazier than I already am! LOL Sometimes I see a pattern and after 2 or more consecutive bad days, I know I'll have a good one.

Thanks for sharing that with us. I'm new to this group and I have permanent T. Most days it's a screaming, roaring mess but you've helped me remember that it's not every day, and it's certainly not today. Today it's just two tones and a waterfall, peace.

Yeah Pat!! I have yet to find a rhyme or reason to my quiet days, of course they are far and few between. I'm very grateful for them though and get lots of stuff done on those days!
