probably, in the end, you will have to engage in a proactive therapy that is consistenly followed to achieve good days being more than bad days -
I have the same experiences you do - some findings, I drank two beers and felt high as a kite - woke up to screaming tinnitus.
I drank three or four diet cokes because the temperatures soared in the 100's and I used that to stay hydrated.
I ate a big mac and had the fries too
I exposed myself to very loud lawn equipment
I have no idea - that day just sucked for no reason
I took ibruprofen all day for a headache
I started a new med from my psych and the next day was hell
Anyone else? I heard from many of you - just a loud noise from nowhere triggers tea kettle tinnitus - and you want to strangle the person who walked up to and popped that bag and started giggling.
This is a condition with a mind of its own.
I use to suffer from that tremendously, sleep three hours - stay awake four hours - wake up again to screaming tinnitus - sucks.
