Sue
217mg of magnesium
533mg of calcium
quite a bit!
But a HUGE difference... my diet is absolute shiate so i must have been lacking something, now i am popping vitamins galore.
It amazes me people come here complaining about their T but never actually try simple things for more than a few days. Give heavy magnesium/calcium pills a chance for a week or two dammit. I insist.
Now it's constantly moving so -something- is very different now... 90% of the time (even right now in total silence) all i hear is a distant sort of sizzle....very easy on the ear actually, and it's only in the 'bad' one.. my right.. my left is completely dead of tinnitus 95% of the day with the odd loud ringing for a few minutes here and then in loud places.
Couldn't be placebo, not this long into the experiment... and once i slept at my girls and was off 2 days it came back a bit... may not help everyone but its saving my life right now, i hope i can report back in a few months it's still working, i'd take a pound of mageniusm a day if i had to.
Good luck to everyone.
