I was considering looking at the Sugar Busters diet.
I found before when I had "normal" t, that salt tended to be a culprit and cause my ears to ring a bit. But since I never really had T to this degree before t I did not pay to much attention to what food caused my ears to ring.
However I do know that not eating and being hungry triggers my t to the max, that is why I always dread dieting. I wonder why?
Do you know what the food triggers activate to cause the rining? Does it affect the ear nerves? Does it change ones chemistry in some way? I suppose those booksmentioned might give me some insight to my questions on it all.
Well, its good to eat healthy anyway, so eating a heatlhy rounded diet will be good for me, with hopes of ridding my T as well.
Thanks and I hope you have a nice Easter too!
